How to order

There are 3 ways to order from us:

• Order on-line

• Order via fax

• Order via phone

Ordering on-line:

Browse our products on-line. From the product description place, click on the "Order" button. The next 5 pages guide you through the ordering process. You will have to give us the necessary input to process your order (quantity, item color, imprint color, imprint location, etc).

To order on-line, you need to be a registered user. It is very easy to register with us, you just have to fill out our new user form (click here), you choose an user id and a password. The user ID is your e-mail address and then you choose your own password.

After you registered, you will have to log-in with your "User ID" and your "Password". You can log-in at any moment from the menu at the top of any page in our website.

When you are ready to place an order, you can follow the on-line ordering process without "logging-in" up until entering your shipping options and billing and shipping information; at this moment you will have to log-in and you will be able to place an order on-line.

Ordering via fax:

You can fax your order in to our Customer Service Department. The fax number is 561-988-0083.

To access our Fax Order Form please click here. A new window will open with our Fax Order Form.

You can print out our Fax Order Form, and fill it out with your order specifications; or you can type in the blank fields, and then print it.  Then you must fax it to 561-988-0083, so your order gets processed. All the information that you type in our order form does not get transmitted to us via the Internet, after you close this window this information is lost. You must fax to us the hardcopy of the Fax Order Form. If you fax the Fax Order Form during business hours, we will contact you within 2 hours to confirm your order.

 

 

Ordering via phone:

Call us at 888-799-2001 and talk to one of our customer service reps. They are here to help you to fulfill your order with us. All our customer service reps have at least 2 years of promotional product experience and can answer all your questions.

Our customer service will ask you for your company name, contact name, phone number, fax number, and address. Then they will fax to you and order form filled out already with your product selection. All you will have to do is confirm your order and payment method, and fax it back to 561-988-0083.
